For our client we worked on a complex layout project for almost 300 workstations. We defined an innovative interior design with a partitioning and visual separation concept that had never been done before.
However, EGB’s biggest added value in this project is invisible to the naked eye.
As soon as the bank acquired the building, we played the role of consultant and mediator between the different parties when it was still just a construction project.
Also, we enabled our client to retain control over his project. We found solutions to reduce the costs and increase the value of the building by intensifying the flexibility of the space.
