Here the bill of specifications was pretty standard : an open-space, a few meeting rooms, a welcome desk and a large fully equipped kitchen.

However, the working conditions were not so easy : a not so flexible space combined with a big time constraint and a client who wanted these new offices to be an ideal work environment for his employees on the one hand and a window display for the Orangefield brand on another hand. With that in mind, EGB was a favored partner.

In the end, our client could move in even before what was initially planned, the space was transformed into flexible, modern offices corresponding to the values of Orangefield.
