Located in the heart of Belair, this 1950’s multi-residential building has undergone a complete renovation in a way that best preserves its charming and unique character. The facade was renovated identically to maintain the uniqueness and harmony of the neighbourhood.

The reorganisation of the 3 floors has allowed the volume potential of the building to be developed, thus increasing the number of flats to 7.
