Heitman Luxembourg is an international real estate investment company present in more than ten countries. The Luxembourg branch is located in the Royal Grace building, designed by architect Tatiana Fabeck, located at 4 Boulevard Royal.
EGB was in charge of the interior design of Heitman’s new offices for a usable surface area of 180 m².
The layout concept put in place results from our needs study carried out with our client, and was perfectly adapted according to the workflow and employee preferences. Thus, the latter were integrated into the creation process and each of them was placed so that it could benefit from the natural light offered by the imposing windows.
We optimized the space by creating an open space that can accommodate twelve people, an individual office, two meeting rooms, a reception, as well as an intelligent solution for the storage and filing of documents.
Our architects also selected the furniture, not hesitating to integrate tailor-made pieces. They used renowned brands such as Wilkhahn, Vitra, Thonet and Sedus. The main materials making up the furniture are fabric, leather, lacquered and polished aluminum, white melamine, white MDF, oak and stained oak. Double-glazed partitions were chosen to guarantee better acoustic insulation.
The warm atmosphere of this workspace makes the environment harmonious, develops creativity and encourages greater efficiency.
