VILLA ENGEL

Villa Engel, located at 40 Boulevard Grande Duchesse Charlotte in the Ville Haute district of Luxembourg, is a superb mansion dating from the 19th century. It was completely renovated and transformed into offices by EGB, following the “design & build” method.

The objective for this project with a total surface area of ​​280m² was to preserve the existing as much as possible in order to preserve the essence of this magnificent residence, while combining it with modernity and the functional side required by the client for its new workspace.

Our team of architects also selected the furniture, working with quality brands like Sedus or Bene and offering certain custom-made joinery pieces. The emphasis was placed on light colors in order to give a luminous appearance to the whole. The space was optimized by creating a kitchen, a reception, a lounge/library, a meeting room, four individual offices, a multipurpose room, a waiting room and an open space for 4 people.

As for the exterior of the villa, the facade was redone, as well as the ironwork, namely the fence, the gates, the veranda and the awning. This project involving our architects lasted almost 8 months.
