FORTY-TWO

Last year we worked for the owners of the mansion located at 40 Boulevard Grande Duchesse Charlotte in Luxembourg. We carried out redevelopment work and transformed this majestic 19th century villa into a remarkable modern office.

As the collaboration with our client was very fruitful, he trusted us a second time and mandated us to transform the second part of this building located at 42 Boulevard Grande Duchesse Charlotte. In fact, this prestigious building has been separated into two distinct entities that do not communicate with each other.

The work is currently underway and we would like to thank the owner for his trust.
