Turnkey construction and interior design, ADEM

The aim of our interior designers when they work on professional real-estate is always to create the value added through design.

Custom built at standard building price, while being involved at all stages of the project, was EGB interior design’s proposal for ADEM’s project at Belval (Agency for Development and Employment). Retained in a consultancy role and working as general coordinator for the project, the space planning and space analysis specialist was able to act at every stage of planning the rooms, centralising information, harmonising timetables, coordinating work, while achieving the goal of coherence and efficiency. Thus the EGB turnkey construction and design team’s involvement at every level fully ensured incorporation of the client’s specific requirements and the 100% absorption of the 20%-30% supplementary costs engendered by each adjustment required to a standard building to fit it to the client’s needs.

This large turnkey construction and design project undertaken by EGB’s Design & Build bureau, which followed all the developments during the 20-month long construction, shows that the custom built suggestion of its teams is a guarantee of success. As is frequently the case, architects, engineers, interior designers, designers from EGB’s interior design first tackled the project by starting at the interior and the needs of the users and only then turning to the building. Drawing up the specifications, defining a plan for the occupation of the rooms, developing a design concept for the areas, analysing the needs of the users and the visitor flow led the bureau to innovative and ingenious choices. Operational services in close proximity, comfortable work stations, ergonomic material, a concept of suitable lighting, elegant signage, secured access points …  the aim of our interior designers when dealing with professional real estate is to create the value added through design :  the attractive open spaces are functional and roomy, the layout and colours of the offices delivered by EGB design and build and the interior designer demonstrate that practicality and attractiveness go well together. Even at ADEM, the talent and know-how of EGB design made all the difference.
